Before joining ABC News in February 2018, Childers worked for WXYZ-TV as a reporter in Greater Detroit Area. Prior to that, She was a News Reporter/anchor at KRGV-TV. Childers started her journalism career at KOSA-TV in Odessa/Midland.
Childers has received various accolades for her brilliance in reporting.
