Adrienne Arsenault (b. Apr 24, 1967) is an award-winning Canadian journalist, foreign correspondent, and television news anchor best known as the chief correspondent for CBC News and one of the anchors of The National, Canada’s flagship nightly news program. Arsenault has reported from more than 30 countries and has covered conflicts in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia. She joined CBC News in 1991 and has held reporting assignments in Vancouver, Washington, Jerusalem, London, and Toronto before becoming one of the lead anchors of The National in 2017.
