Kim Christiansen (b. Nov 27, 1965) is an Emmy Award-winning American newscaster, author, and media personality. She serves as a news anchor and reporter at NBC’s affiliate KUSA-TV Channel 9 News in Denver, Colorado. Kim co-anchors the 4 pm newscast alongside fellow journalist Mark Koebrich.
Nikki Battiste (b. Jan 10, 1980) is an American Emmy and Peabody Award-winning journalist and television anchor who currently serves as an anchor of Early TODAY and a contributor to TODAY on NBC News. She previously spent nearly a decade at CBS News as a national correspondent, covering major breaking-news stories, investigations, trials and human-interest stories. Her return to NBC News in 2026 marks a full-circle moment for Battiste, who began her television career at the network more than two decades earlier as an NBC Page and production associate on Today.
Taryn Hatcher (b. Dec 24, 1992) is an American sports reporter, host and television personality known for her work covering Philadelphia professional sports. She spent eight years with NBC Sports Philadelphia, covering teams including the Philadelphia Phillies, Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Eagles. After NBC Sports Philadelphia did not renew her contract following the 2025 season, Hatcher returned to television in 2026 as a reporter for Professional Bowlers Association broadcasts on The CW.
Kristen Welker (b. Jul 1, 1976) is an American journalist and television news anchor best known as the moderator of Meet the Press and a White House correspondent for NBC News. She became the first Black woman to regularly moderate the historic Sunday morning political program when she took over Meet the Press in 2023, succeeding Chuck Todd.
Kaylee Hartung (b. Nov 7, 1985) is an American Emmy-nominated sports journalist and media personality serving as an NFL sideline reporter for Thursday Night Football (TNF) on Amazon Prime Video. She also contributes as a correspondent on the Today Show and NBC News.
